How have alliances have changed over time?
Use the slider at the bottom of the page to view different years. Use the buttons on the side to toggle between map and network views of global alliances, or to filter by alliance type. Clicking on a country in the global map or network view will take you to a map displaying that country's alliances. Both maps can be animated by pressing play.
